This month I've been going to an all women's fitness boot camp. I signed up before I was pregnant, but I certainly wasn't going to let a little bun in my oven keep me from going :) It is FANTASTIC...I had been keeping up with a fitness routine on my own, but this kicks it up a notch. It is every MWF from 6-7am. We do some obstacle course stuff, lots of cardio and interval training, weight training, and of course lots of abdominal work.
I'm determined this pregnancy to keep exercising and stay fit, for me and for our baby. Boot camp is certainly getting me off to a great start. If I had infinite money I'd be signing up for 6 more months of it...but unfortunately, I'll be on my own again in a couple weeks.
