Isaac is so three! He can be oh, so sweet...or oh so sassy all in the same minute. He has a fabulous sense of humor, a HUGE heart, a big voice, and a short fuse...and apparently springs in his feet :)
His favorite thing to do lately is JUMP. On things. Off things. Over things. He will ask anyone who enters his space "Wanna see how high I can jump?" and then proudly show off his best vertical skills.
We went to the pool last night and he found a penny on the ground. On the way home he was holding on to his penny and he said "Mom, I found a penny and now I am RICH!" He also insisted that 'Sharky' (the inflatable ride-on toy) was his cousin.
He is such a sweet little boy ... who of course only wants to be a BIG boy. He finds security in the presence of his big brother and sister. They play with him, help him, and put up with all of the annoyances his 'three-ness' can cause. He is so sweet with his little sister, he loves to give Maggie hugs and promptly replaces her toys when she throws them off her exersaucer.
He pushes the limits. He 'hides' his food or milk so he won't have to eat/drink it if he doesn't want to, he sneaks crayons downstairs and draws on the walls, and he never wears shoes or a helmet with his death defying scooter rides (on a 2 wheeled razor scooter). He knows how to push my buttons, but when I've reached my limit he knows that too. He looks at me and says "Mommy....I love you." in the sweetest voice I've ever heard.
My sweet Isaac...I love you....with my whole heart more than you will ever know.
