Charlotte had her one year check-up at the doctor yesterday. She is 21 pounds 4 ounces (60th%) and 31-1/2 inches (100th%). Unfortunately, she also has another ear infection! She's on Augmentin now for 10 days, then back to the doc for a recheck. Yesterday after her nap she had a fever of 105 degrees, and again at 3am once her ibuprofen wore off. Poor girl! The doc has mentioned tubes again, but now that it's summer and we have a nanny we are hopeful that the ear infections will subside and tubes won't be necessary. We are very thankful that it's only ear infections we're dealing with and not something more serious...but we pray that our little girl gets healthy soon and stays that way!
In other news, our nanny has started and she is wonderful! Mason and Charlotte have really taken to Kelly and it's so nice to not have to get them ready and out of the house in the morning. It's only day 2, but so far so good!
