Bedtime prayers

Tonight I was tucking Mason into bed, and I told him it's time to say his prayers. We both fold our hands, and he usually says his bedtime prayer all by himself. You know the one..."Now I lay me down to sleep..."

Tonight it was a little different. I said "It's time to say our prayers, then we'll read one more book. Fold your hands and let's pray."

He folds his hands ever so reverently then says "Thank you, Jesus, for our food. Amen. Can we read another book now?"

I cracked up laughing...it was so cute!
