Fickle little boy

Three year olds can be SO fickle! Mason keeps changing his mind on things:

The first day I dropped him off at preschool all morning it was "I don't want to go to preschool!" then we got in the room and the first thing he said was "I want to stay here!" (of course, the fact that he saw all sorts of new, cool toys I'm sure helped)

Last night, "I don't want to go outside." Two minutes later, you guess it "I want to go outside!" (and here, Daddy and Charlotte were going to go outside and he didn't want to be left out)

Today, we're at the doctor's office, the kids both needed flu shots. I tell Mason that we get shots so we don't get sick. He seems to buy that until the lady comes in with the needle. Mason says "I don't want my shot...I DON'T WANT MY SHOT!" as I'm helping to hold him down while he gets his shot. He took it pretty well, and I gave him some fruit snacks while it was Charlotte's turn. As he sits there and eats his fruit snacks he says "I LIKE my shot!" Ok...on this one I have NO IDEA why he would say something so silly...face it, fruit snacks aren't THAT good :)

Oh, and on the way out of the doc office he said to the nurse "Thank you for letting us come to the doctor's office!"
