I think it's over!

Charlotte appears to be about 95% back to full health. She's eating normally, no fever, no vomiting, diarrhea only once today...so all good signs! It was one week that I'm hoping to not repeat for quite some time!

I've really been enjoying the kids lately (minus the sickness!)...they've been playing nicely together, and by themselves. They are very expressive...we're seeing a 'two-year-old side' of Charlotte that we think she really picks up from her brother. She repeats everything he says...especially 'No!'.

Mason gets himself dressed and does so perfectly just about every time. It's weird to only have to get ONE kid dressed now, Mason is getting so independent!

Charlotte still calls herself 'Rose'...it's SO cute!

Charlotte has been going poopie on the toilet most of the time lately (good timing with the diarrhea we've had this week!). She usually goes in spurts though, good about it for a week, then doesn't care for a couple weeks or so. It will be interesting to see if she keeps up with it this time!

I've been managing to find some time to get together with friends that I've been missing lately. Working 30 hours/week has put a damper on friendships with friends that I became so close with while on leave and not working. It's nice to spend some time getting the kids reacquainted with their kids too...Mason and Gretchen had a tea party today over at our house. It's nice to see them playing together again :)

Mason had a kindergarten screening this week (I know, early, but they want to do it at age 3). He did GREAT! I was amazed at how social he was and how great he was at following instruction. His vision and hearing are perfect, and he's in the 90% for weight and 97% for height. He's doing great for his age...no issues!

Baby is doing great! He/she is pretty active. I was feeling like this baby was a boy, but lately I'm getting mixed feelings...who knows! We have our big ultrasound this Wednesday, we won't be finding out if it's a boy or a girl, but we're just looking forward to the hopeful reassurance of a healthy baby. I'm sure I'll be posting pictures of the ultrasound by Wednesday night :)

That's it for now!
