Lord help me

Mason has influenza.

After coughing all night, he woke up with a fever of 102 degrees. Mason NEVER gets a fever, and I had heard that the flu was going around preschool, so I brought him in. A nasal swab quickly showed a very positive result in half the allotted time. I'm glad I brought him in so we can start him on the antiviral meds and hopefully shorten the course and intensity of it for him. He is in good spirits, I'm hoping his body fights if off quickly.

For now, please, please PRAY that Mason is the only one in the house that gets it. Charlotte's wimpy immune system would explode, and poor baby Isaac can't get the antivirals since he is too little. I just want my kids to stay healthy!!
