Mason and Charlotte started swimming lessons today, and they are in the same class. They have them Monday - Thursday for the next two weeks. Here were the kids comments after their very first lesson.
Mom: "Did you have fun at your first swimming lesson?"
Charlotte: (laughing and giddy) "Yeah, it was FUN!"
Mason: (sullen) "No, it was kinda scary, I want swimming lessons to be just ONE day, Mom."
I'm not surprised at the kids' reactions, just what I expected from the two of them. I did manage to talk Mason in to going tomorrow after I promised him I would talk to his teacher. I'll let you know how tomorrow goes...
