We went camping last weekend to Mirror Lake State Park in Wisconsin. We met my sisters and their families...including ALL the cousins. In total there were 17 of us (6 adults and 11 kids!). Our kids did great on their FIRST camping trip. They all slept well in our new tent, Isaac in the pack-n-play, Mason and Charlotte in their sleeping bags.
The mosquitos were ruthless, the weather was BEAUTIFUL (not a drop of rain!), and we spent most of our time on the beach or around the campfire! Unfortunately, I didn't take nearly as many pictures as I should have. However, here's a bitty montage of the ones I did take!
This morning, I said to the kids "Isn't it nice to be home?" and they said "Yeah it is." Then Mason stipulated "But it was more fun when we were camping!"
