Today is Matt's birthday...his 10th birthday since I've met him. It was 10 years ago yesterday that he closed on our house. It was 10 years ago today...for his 23rd birthday...that I got him the gas grill that still sits on our deck (and gets a LOT of use!). The time has flown by, and over the last 10 years I've seen so many sides of my husband. He's ambitious, and his successful career shows it. He's patient, as our three children can attest to. He's caring and thoughtful, as I well know. He's full of faith and love. He is an amazing man, and I'm so proud to be his wife.

And I couldn't let May 8th pass without mentioning Jack's birthday as well! Little Jack, son to my best friend, was born two years ago today. I served as Sarah's friend and doula that day...it was a day I will never forget for many reasons. Happy 2nd birthday, little man!
