Breakfast conversation

Today at breakfast, Mason was talking about if he found a lot of money in a treasure chest...what he would do if he were a billionaire.

Mason said "I'd need a bigger wallet!"

I said: "Rosie, what would you do if you had a billion dollars?"

She said: "I would give money to other people that don't have any, but I'd save some for myself too."

Then we got to talking about the weather and it's RAINING heavily out this morning.

Mason, out of nowhere says: "The biggest hail stone fell in Kansas in 1970. It was as big as two grapefruits!"

When I had him repeat it (so I could make sure I got it right) and then told him I was going to write it down he then said very seriously to Charlotte "Mommy doesn't know much from the past." :)
