Worn out

I realize I haven't been updating...here's what's new:

Mason went to the doctor yesterday (Wednesday). They didn't do another x-ray, but after an exam and seeing him walk around the doctor's office with no problems, the doctor said he doesn't need the Wee Walker (a.k.a the boot) anymore. Mason, however, by last night said it hurt and he needed it on again. He wore it most of the day today, then we took it off for a bath tonight and he left it off and hasn't complained. We're not worried about it being broken anymore, the doctor reassured us the initial x-ray showed no major damage, and anything minor would heal easily on such a young kiddo. :)

I passed my one hour gestational diabetes test...yippie! However, my bloodwork was a little off, my white blood count was slightly elevated. The doc will recheck it in a month or so. Maybe that's why I've been feeling so run down and worn out. Not to complain, but this pregnancy is taking it's toll on me. I love being pregnant, and I'm thrilled to be having another baby, but lately I'm just feeling WORN OUT!

The kids and I made brownies today. Mason cracked an egg all by himself - he also managed to crack one on the rug in the kitchen :) The kids were great at taking turns helping to dump things into the bowl and stirring. And of course, they LOVED licking the beaters when we were done.
