work

The kids always say "I wish Daddy didn't have to go to work!" While I understand how they feel, I tell them..."Well, if Daddy stays home then Mommy will have to go to work." They sort of look at me funny...although they do remember when I went to work too and they stayed home with Jennie.

Today, as Matt was leaving for work Charlotte came to me with a HUGE hug and said:

"Mommy, I'm glad you quitted work."

All I could answer as I hugged my little girl was "Me too, sweetie...me too." :)
