too fast...

As any mother can attest to, it always seems like time goes by too fast. The kids grow and change and you wonder where the time went?

I really wish I could make time stand still!! My kids are all in such wonderful (yet some challenging) phases, but they are growing so fast, and I wish I could make it last like this forever! Not to mention, I love being pregnant and as of today there are only 38 days left until my due date. I love being pregnant, and being the mother of small children...and I'm sure I'll love being not pregnant and the mother of big children when that time comes too, but I'm just cherishing every second.

Before we know it, our baby will be in our arms, the life inside me will be ready to survive in this big beautiful world (with a lot of help from us, of course!). The transition will be amazing and beautiful...and bittersweet.

Speaking of making time stand still...my maternity pictures are happening this weekend with the lovely and talented Sarah Field...at least a bit of these precious moments will be captured forever :)
