Charlotte...sweet Charlotte. She is growing like a weed and loves to be loved. She's always asking for hugs and offering to help. She does dishes, scrubs toilets, dusts, and helps set and clear the table. Oh...and she loves to fold laundry :)
She has lots of friends at preschool, and is excited to be going to kindergarten on the bus with Mason next year. She knows her letters and their sounds, and is desperately trying to read. She is slowly making progress...I'm just waiting for it all to 'click' in her little brain and she'll have it. She loves to do art, play outside, use her sidewalk chalk, and she LOVES to play in the water...be it the pool or the bath tub.
Charlotte is the peace keeper among the bigger kids, she loves to help Isaac if he needs it, and will often give up something she is playing with just to keep the peace. Seeing her do this makes me happy and sad at the same time...she is such a giver...I just hope she remembers to stand up for herself when it comes to the important stuff. She's a tough little girl sandwiched between two rowdy boys. :)
Charlotte is definitely Daddy's little girl...she loves to play with Matt, it doesn't matter what they play...she's just happy to be around him. Charlotte is certainly our sweet little angel :)
