Julie update

Julie is still in the hospital, still on magnesium sulfate. They have tried taking her off of it, but every time they turn down her dose her contractions come back and they need to turn it back up. She had been doing well on a 2 mg dose, but last night started contracting even on that so they had to turn her dose up to 2.5 mg. That is probably about the maximum she can be on based on her blood magnesium levels. So please pray this works!

There is one more line of therapy they can use if the magnesium sulfate starts to be ineffective, and that is indomethacin. I don't know much about that, but let's just hope and pray that they keep finding something that works to hold off her contractions!

I know there is power in numbers, so for Julie & Josie, please pray, pray, pray!
