Ten days until my due date, but I'm still counting on going over :) I'm anxious to meet this little life, but I am also just trying to enjoy the days left with Mason and Charlotte before their new sibling arrives. This week I'm hoping for a nice day so I can take them to the beach!
The weekend, Saturday consisted of Matt working on his presentation for his thesis defense (yet to be scheduled) while I took the kids to the library, then shopping. In the afternoon, Mason got to go to his friend Gretchen's birthday party with Mommy, while Daddy took Charlotte to Silver Lake to see the geese and play on the playground. We all had a great day! For some reason though, Mason and I both got a tummy ache yesterday afternoon and it lasted all night (Mason was up 3 times in the night!). Thankfully it was short lived and gone by this morning.
Today was spent playing outside, the kids first experience with 'push-ups' (the ice cream treat), and some serious pool time in the back yard this afternoon. I actually washed the kids up in the pool instead of giving baths tonight...the neighbors may have thought I was nuts, but it saved us some time tonight :)
With hopefully under two weeks left until baby is born, please pray for a safe delivery and a healthy baby and healthy mom!

I will be praying for you and your little one as the big event approaches! I'll also be praying just as much for an easy time when you bring the baby home...that Mason will decide afterall that it's ok to have a little brother or sister:) And that Charlotte will love your baby as much as the other ones she has been around lately, even though he or she won't be leaving anytime soon.
