A few things I need to blog about...I'm realizing I need to blog more about the little things the kids do. The BIG things I can remember, it's the little things I'm afraid will slip away with time...
Today, we got our Christmas tree. Charlotte wanted a BIG tree, she said the bigger it was the more presents you could fit underneath. Tonight, after she gave me a hug good night, she gave the tree one too before she skipped off to bed :)
Isaac is very conscious of all the writing and reading Charlotte is doing. He, all by himself, sat down and wrote an 'I' and a 'C' because he knew they were in his name. Pretty amazing!!
Maggie...sweet Maggie...I'm trying to teach her how to blow kisses. When I demonstrate to others she usually just leans over and plants a big sloppy kiss on me. Tonight, when I told her to blow a kiss to Daddy before bed, she looked at me...leaned over...and planted a big kiss on me, and for the first time ever, said "mu-ah!" as she did. She's got plenty of time to learn how to blow kisses...I'll take all I can get of the real thing! :)
Maggie also give a great chorus when I sing Old MacDonald with her...here's the video:
