The doctor today (his regular pediatrician) saw a suspicious area on his xray from last week, and a new xray taken today confirmed it...it is very likely broken, so he got his cast. In three weeks we will go back and hopefully he'll be able to get it off!

Broken
His leg is broken, but not his spirit! He is already doing quite well learning how to get around with a cast that goes all the way up to his thigh. He actually did fine through the whole casting process. His cast is waterproof, but I think we'll try to keep it mostly dry. I only got waterproof because I can't guarantee that he won't spill on it!!

Poor guy! Isn't it amazing what kids can overcome so easily! Hope he adapts and heels fast.
