Update

I'm on day 5 out of 8 as a single mom (Matt is out of town until Saturday evening), and all is well. The kids and I have had a lot of fun, although we all miss Daddy!

Isaac is getting around very well now (thanks, Maren!), and only 12 days until the cast comes off (hopefully!). He is still potty training...well, he at least goes on the toilet a few times a day. We even had a first this week, he pooped in a public restroom! Changing a poopie diaper is a rare occasion in this house, so I'm happy about that :)

Mason and Charlotte are doing well. Charlotte is in a bit of a funk, having 'sad' moments where she just cries and says her feelings made her sad. It's heartbreaking, but I've tried to create some extra special time for her the last few days and hopefully that will help. Mason is doing great, he's been a great listener and helper. He's SUCH a sweet boy.

All in all, we're doing great. We're looking forward to Matt coming home in a few days!!!
